If a reservation is canceled at least 8 weeks before the reserved date, a full 100% refund of the deposit will be issued.
For cancellations made between 4 - 7 weeks before the reserved date, an 80% refund of the deposit will be issued.
Cancellations within 3 weeks of the reserved date will result in a 50% refund of the deposit.
If a reservation is canceled after 3 weeks of the reserved date, the deposit will not be refunded. However, customers have the option to reschedule for a future date.
