A. If you don't have a suitable space for pony rides, worry not! We can bring the pony rides to parks and other locations that might better accommodate the activity. You just need to ensure that the chosen park or alternative venue permits pony rides during the celebration.

Q. What is the age and weight limit for pony rides?
A: Pony rides are typically suitable for children between the ages of 2 and 10 years old, with a weight limit of 60 pounds per child. Safety is our priority, and our staff will ensure that each child is safe.

Q. How long do the pony rides last?
A: Each pony ride session usually lasts around 5 - 10 minutes per child, allowing enough time for a memorable experience without overwhelming the children or the ponies.

Q. Can parents or guardians accompany their child during the pony ride?
A: For safety reasons, our experienced handlers will lead the ponies, and parents or guardians are encouraged to walk alongside to capture those special moments.

Q. Is the pony well-trained and accustomed to children?
A: Yes, our pony is well-trained, gentle, and accustomed to interacting with children. The safety of children is our top priority. Trained and experienced handlers are present during all pony rides. They carefully lead the ponies and monitor the children to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience.

Q. What happens in case a child is nervous or afraid of the pony ride?
A: Our handlers are trained to recognize and address any signs of nervousness or fear in children. They will take appropriate measures to reassure the child and may modify the experience or provide extra support as needed. If they choose not to ride the pony, then they have the option to feed and brush the pony.

Q. What happens in case of inclement weather during pony rides?
A: In the event of inclement weather, pony rides may be temporarily paused or rescheduled to ensure the safety of the children and ponies. Our staff will make appropriate adjustments to the schedule to accommodate changing weather conditions.
